Initially, a one-hour mute will be imposed, which might escalate to a permanent mute based on whether the offense occurred in-game or on Discord. Repeated offenses may result in bans from both Discord server and the game. Our staff members are here to assist and ensure a smooth experience, so we request you treat them with respect. Account Security: We have limited control over item loss or enhancement failures. Using fake .dll files or any bypass files will result in a permanent ban. Sharing account credentials, even with staff members who will never ask for them, is strongly advised against. Special Circumstances: While we may assist in cases like hacking due to the same ID and password on another server, we encourage using different credentials to avoid potential issues. Item Exchanges Caution: We urge double-checking names during item exchanges to avoid falling victim to scams. Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist in such cases. Strict Silk Pricing: Selling Silk below the minimum allowed price is strictly prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban.
